WHAT WE DO > We work across the full product lifecycle. That starts with understanding what to build, often by talking to your users directly to find the real problem.
From there we design it, prototype it, and build it into a production-ready product. We can also help you pitch the idea internally for budget or externally for funding.
We handle design and development together, same team, no handoffs, so there's no gap between what gets designed and what gets built. The interface in Figma is the interface that ships, with the motion, interaction, and responsive behaviour that make a product feel considered rather than approximated.

HOW WE WORK > Most engagements start with a short sprint. A few weeks, a clear scope, and a working prototype at the end. It's a straightforward way to see how we work and whether the fit is right, without a long commitment.
From there, many clients keep us on as an ongoing partner with continuous sprints, growing with the product over time.
We plug into your existing tools and processes (Figma, Linear, Slack, GitHub) and work either alongside your team or independently, depending on what makes sense.
WHO WE ARE > There's no junior team behind us and no account manager in between. The person you're having the strategic conversation with is the same person designing and building the product.
That means faster decisions, fewer misunderstandings, and no game of telephone.
It's also why design agencies and studios work with us as their development team. We come from a design background ourselves, so the work lands in the browser the way it was intended, often pushed further once it's in code.
When a project needs expertise beyond our core (full brand identity, standalone 3D, animation, illustration), we bring in trusted collaborators from our network and art direct the work. You get a focused team at the centre, with access to whatever the project needs.

Johannes Eret covers strategy, product design, and technical direction. Scopes the work, talks to your team, and makes sure we build the right thing. Background in both design and development, which means fewer handoffs and faster decisions.

John Salinero leads the visual and conceptual side: product interfaces, brand direction, art direction. Takes a vague brief and gives it a clear shape. When a project brings in external specialists, John makes sure the output stays cohesive.
