In preparing LeadDesk for its NASDAQ debut, paramount importance was placed on crafting a distinct brand identity. Central to this endeavour was the establishment of UX patterns and a systematic approach to enhance the existing product. By refining user experiences and implementing cohesive design systems, we positioned LeadDesk as a leader in its field, poised for success in the public market.
