Duunitori, Finland's largest recruitment platform, needed to bring their Swedish acquisition under one brand. The result was JobbSafari: a vibrant B2C and B2B job platform built on a technically demanding stack. We embedded into their development team, took ownership of the frontend and design system work, and shipped the full rebrand without disrupting a fast-moving codebase shared across multiple teams.

The brief

Duunitori had acquired Keeparo in Sweden and wanted to merge everything into one cohesive brand: JobbSafari. That meant a full rebrand across both the B2C job seeker experience and B2B employer tools, all living inside a technically complex ecosystem: monorepos, React, a Material Design-based component library, headless WordPress for B2B content, headless Strapi for B2C content hubs, and multiple developers working in the same codebase with heavy branching and frequent PRs.

They chose us because we'd already worked together on smaller projects, and that track record gave them confidence the collaboration would hold at this scale.

What we built

We handled the full frontend implementation, including:

  • Custom WordPress tooling for managing B2B content
  • Custom Strapi editor fields for B2C content
  • Both systems integrated seamlessly within one codebase
  • Refined motion design and page transitions that matched the brand's vibrant visual identity

The brand itself demanded extra polish. JobbSafari is bright and expressive, so we invested effort into making motion and interaction feel considered rather than just functional.

Working inside their team

This wasn't a project where we built something in isolation and handed it over. Several developers across Sweden and Finland were simultaneously working on a major renewal of the brand's design system, which meant consistency across the codebase was critical.

We integrated into their day-to-day workflows: working in their repos, following their branching conventions, going through their PR reviews, and coordinating across design and development teams without adding to their workload. Their team already had a full plate, which is precisely why they brought us in. They needed a partner who could take a brief, run with it, find the right technical approach, and deliver on deadline without needing hand-holding.

Throughout the project, we challenged ideas where it made sense and brought technical perspective to the table rather than just executing briefs as given.
