Duunitori, Finland's largest recruitment platform, needed to bring their Swedish acquisition under one brand. The result was JobbSafari: a vibrant B2C and B2B job platform built on a technically demanding stack. We embedded into their development team, working alongside their engineers on the frontend and design system implementation, and helped ship the full rebrand without disrupting a fast-moving codebase shared across multiple teams.

Duunitori had acquired Keeparo in Sweden and wanted to merge everything into one cohesive brand: JobbSafari. That meant a full rebrand across both the B2C job seeker experience and B2B employer tools, all living inside a technically complex ecosystem: monorepos, React, a Material Design-based component library, headless WordPress for B2B content, headless Strapi for B2C content hubs, and multiple developers working in the same codebase with heavy branching and frequent PRs.
They chose us because we'd already worked together on smaller projects, and that track record gave them confidence the collaboration would hold at this scale.
We worked alongside their engineering team on the frontend implementation. Our focus areas included:
Their team handled other parts of the design system implementation in parallel. The brand itself demanded extra polish — JobbSafari is bright and expressive, so we invested effort into making motion and interaction feel considered rather than just functional.
This wasn't a project where we built something in isolation and handed it over. Their team across Sweden and Finland was simultaneously implementing the design system renewal, so we had to work as a seamless part of that effort — not above it or beside it, but inside it.
We integrated into their day-to-day workflows: working in their repos, following their branching conventions, going through their PR reviews, and coordinating across design and development teams without adding to their workload. They needed a partner who could pick up a brief, find the right technical approach, and deliver on deadline while staying in lockstep with the rest of the team.
Throughout the project, we challenged ideas where it made sense and brought technical perspective to the table rather than just executing briefs as given.
